Impress your friends with some new cocktail techniques!

. Our mixologist will instruct you how to make four craft cocktails, and then you’ll get the chance to get behind the bar to make your favorite! We’ll send you home with recipe cards for each cocktail so you can impress your friends with the new techniques that you’ve learned.

This cocktail is included in the cost. You will be sent home with recipe cards for each of the four cocktails.

Wow, your friends, clients, coworkers, or staff with a Private Tasting Experience! A dedicated wine educator will walk your group through a tasting of five hand-crafted artisan wines.

The tasting includes an artisan cheese, and a dry-cured meat platter to pair with our award-winning wines. A platter serves up to 8 guests.

Learn about Chankaska with a glass of wine in your hand! Our wine educator will guide you through 5 different wines as you tour a portion of our grounds, learn about the vineyard and event spaces, and see where our wine and spirits are made!
