Whether you’ve never fed a starter or your boules just won’t rise, this class will give you the confidence (and the starter!) to bake incredible sourdough at home.
In this 90–120 minute, hands-on workshop, you’ll:
Learn the core steps: feeding a starter, mixing, autolyse, folding, bulk fermentation, shaping, and scoring
Understand timing, temperature, and hydration (so bread fits your real life)
Practice shaping with instructor tips for that gorgeous ear and open crumb
Take home:
One ready-to-bake dough you made in class
A living 106-year-old sourdough starter, plus feeding & care guide

Who it’s for: Total beginners to enthusiastic hobby bakers—no experience required.
What to bring: An apron, a medium bowl, and a lidded container or Dutch oven for baking at home. We’ll provide all ingredients and tools for use during class.
