The Quantum Mechanics is a new project that includes inter-dimensional emissary, Eli Hoehn on banjo & vocals (Captain Gravitone & the String Theory Orchestra), math rocker, Zach Sproles on guitar & vocals (Onion Bun & Soul Folk Union), punk rocker, Mark Krogmann on bass & vocals (Loadie & The Burn Vault) and frequently includes Minnesota jazz great, Larry McDonough on keys. The Quantum Mechanics play original fusion music based on a pseudo-scientific premise, with songs about subatomic particles, parallel dimensions, alternative realities, and inter-dimensional travel. Mechanics’ music is full of energy (mostly quantum in nature), robust, thoughtful, reflective and fun. For a psychedelic, quasi-scientific, inter-dimensional romp through the nether regions of the space-time continuum (at the subatomic level) this is it. No one else does this stuff. Stay tuned, the Quantum Mechanics are due to release their first EP Spring of 2024.
